Project description

The project included the removal of asbestos-containing spray applied acoustical ceiling texture, gypsum wall board and window frame sealant from several locations throughout the complex. The total square footage included approximately 75,000 square feet of floor area.

Performed and documented the results of Asbestos Final PCM Air Clearances. Consulting services data interpretation and prepared final report documentation.

Multi Story Commercial Building

Project description

The project involved a roof leak during the construction of a new multi story office building in Scottsdale, Arizona. The water intrusion affected the newly installed drywall on all levels of the building including the stairwells and elevator shafts and both basement levels.

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and Microbial Consulting.

Scope of work

Performed and documented the results of a Microbial Assessment. Designed the remediation plan and assisted the general contractor in providing the scope of work to the remediation contractor.

Performed post remediation air sampling, data interpretation and prepared final report documentation.

Project description

The project involved multiple roof leaks during the construction of a residential sub division in Tucson, Arizona. The water intrusion affected the newly installed drywall and framing members in 48 single family homes that were under construction.

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and Microbial Consulting.

Performed and documented the results of a Microbial Assessment. Designed the remediation plan and assisted the general contractor in providing the scope of work to the remediation contractor.
